We are a townhouse strata community in West Vancouver, BC, and GVRD recently completed our renewal project involving 12 flat garage roofs (2025). The workmanship was excellent, the team was highly experienced, and they used advanced technology and equipment throughout the process. Everything was efficient and well‑organized, and their customer service was outstanding. Since completion, the new roofs have already been tested by several storms and atmospheric river events, and they have proven to be strong and reliable. I had Dan came over to look at a water pooling and minor leak on my torch-on flat roof. He gave me a quote, came back as agreed. The roof was fixed, flattened and new drain was added. I am happy with the work and the cost was reasonable. They fixed what was needed and it was done in a timely manner. I will be looking for them to do regular inspections in the future.
